All our homes are built on site, which saves the customer transport or relocation costs, although they can be built as a transportable home if the customer prefers.

The prices of our homes are shown as "finished and ready to go".
You are invited to be involved in all the finishing touches: choosing from an extensive range of paint colours as well as carpet and vinyl designs. You will meet with our specialist suppliers to custom design your kitchen, choose your lighting styles and select your bathroom fixtures.

We offer this unique opportunity to enable you to alter your investment outlay up or down as desired.

We are able to modify the design to include a carport or garage or supply a price for a separate one.

Our architectural designer is able to customise any of our plans for you, or if preferred, we have a total design and build service available.
