Glazing - Clear float. Bathroom and toilet obscure
Floors - 20mm Pynefloor in living areas and treated H3 plywood in bathroom and laundry
Coverings - Carpet & vinyl selected from contractor’s range
Wall Linings – plasterboard stopped for paint
Ceilings – treated H1 19mm pine TG&V and exposed laminated beam and rafters in living areas, plasterboard to bedroom, bathroom and laundry areas, stopped for paint
Base boards – treated sawn timber
Interior Doors - 1980mm MDF paint quality, flush panel
Door Handles - Schlage knob or lever type, satin chrome as per display
Decorating - Complete interior painting and exterior staining
Paint & Stain - Selected from contractor’s range

Standard units with laminated bench tops and handles. Dishwasher, stove and rangehood are
optional extras.
Bathroom
Athena Eclipse shower 1m x 1m, Raymor Armada shower mixer and slide shower, Raymor
Bella toilet suite, Clearlite Statesman vanity and Raymor Armada basin mixer, Bath
1670mm.
Laundry
Aquatica laundry tub with door, Rheem 180 litre mains pressure cylinder, Venting of dryer
